• Budgetrix
 Job description
 Also write description for alternating budgetrix job
 Include a sheet about how to read and understand the budget
 Include a sheet about how to manage/update the budget
 Include a sheet about how to submit fees proposal/give fees presentation
• Foodie

 Include a list of all the restaurants we order from and for each restaurant list: last event we used them for, date, money spent, number of ppl who attended, too much just right or not enough food

 Keep track of bands we book, what event it was for, date of the event, how much we paid them

6. and we should include the revised constition at the beginning
7. and a cover page with our name, logo and mission statement at the very beginning
8. and include the cosponsors book. Which will also be its own separate book maybe? And we should put our cosponsoring goals page in the front of this.
