1. Has everyone noticed we have a calendar of all our meetings, upcoming events, and upcoming events that we're sponsoring online now? You can see it by clicking 'Calendar' over there in the upper left corner.

2. If things worked really well for you, you should have access to the calendar through your umn gmail or another gmail account, and you can add and edit events to the calendar.

3. if things did not work so well for you, and you don't see the WSAC Calendar on your google calendar you should follow these instructions...
a)sign into google, open up the calendar page (click calendar in the upper left hand corner of your email page)
b)on the left side there should be a min calendar, then below it it should display 'my calendars' and below that 'other calendars'
c)if you don't have the wsac calendar under 'my calendars' already, type wsac.umn@gmail.com into the 'other calendars' add a calendar bar, and hit enter.
d)you should now have access to see, add to, and edit the wsac calendar.

we made the calendar to help us with planning well organized, high impact events in the future. feel free to share your thoughts about how best to use it and what sort of events you want to see on it, either here or in the discussion forums.
