-Divided We Fall/Crafting/Politics of Choice/Equality for All evaluations (See Grace or Brooke for a paper sheet)

-this week: Grace will be out teaching at Laura Jeffery Tues, Weds, Thurs. Sara will cover office hours [10-2 Tues 10-12 Weds and 10-2 Thurs]

-11/18 6pm “Slumdog Millionaire” promo: Molly made handbills and flyers. Molly, Andrea will poster and hand out handbills. Facilitators: Meghan.

-11/18 Wednesday Women’s Center: Speak Up. Noon, 375 Peik Hall. Woman/leader on campus. Workshop for negotiating wages, fair wages, etc. Must RSVP! women@umn.edu. 11/17 2-5pm

-IWD March 6th co-sponsorship and monetary donation? Approved.

-Clothing Swap 11/30-12/4: promo, clothing donations, women’s shelter contact, volunteers to fold. Rachel will make a flyer for promo. Possible site/s: Breaking Free?

-Concert budget proposals: Caroline Smith-$600, DJ-$200, Kitten Forever-$200, Raccoon Raccoon-$200, the Vignettes-$200, poster artist-$50=$1450 total. $5 at the door. Volunteers may receive a discounted rate. T-shirts? More later on in the week and at the Pussy Party and next week. Grace is going to check on “raffle”.

-After movie pizza, camera&tripod, T.V., Grace’s salary, 10 diva cups, advertising, clothing swap, the bands, and saving 10% of our fees, we have $2,688.72. “Sounds good” says the collective. We are checking out the possibility of WSAC scholarship. (yay!) Sweatshirts as a possibility.

-Advertising committee? Brook, Rachel, Andrea, Kira. Need new promo stuff for our show! Rachel to email to start getting the committee going. Ideas: pens, water bottles, coffee mugs, shirts, hats, etc. from Northern Sun.

-MPIRG meeting: V.M. and T.B.t.N. report back: Andrea [tabled]

-Women Make Movies decision: “Finding Dawn,” “Highway Courtesans,” “Women in Struggle,” “the Greatest Silence: Rape in the Congo,” “Keep Not Silent: Ortho-Dykes.”

-Mandatory Fees Info mtg: December 9: 4:30 p.m., CMU 325

-KFAI presents Amy Goodman at Cowles Aud. 11/29 at noon. $10. RSVP by email wsac@umn.edu.

-Constitution revision: next semester possibly.

-Valenti 3/2010: Grace proposes we book now and figure out funding later. She will be $6500 max, probably less.
We could incorporate her into RATH, maybe have theme be “Women, Words and the Web”
