o “Persepolis”. Awesome turnout because of handbills, posters, and facebook! 10-12 people. Good discussion. Someone came just to grab pizza.. =/ grr! Not cool!
o Clothing Swap
o Tabling next semester! Reservations open tomorrow: must be an officer: Brook, Pammy, Sophia, Lindsey? sua.umn.edu/reservations. What day and who? Sophie is reserving 12-2pm on Fridays!!
o Promo for this week’s events: Posters and handbills for “Volver” and Viva la Vulva. Grab some before you leave the office!
o Fees Info Meeting 12/9: Grace & Mia. Need to do Student Service Fees Application over break. Mia, Grace, Sophie, others are meeting at 2pm on the 30th. Free food.
o WSAC carpet being replaced Jan. 4-7. Need to pack stuff into boxes, take home valuables. Grr. Volunteers? Grace is making checklist! Yay for organization!
o 12/8 Neighborhood mtg 3-4 in CMU President’s room. Free pizza. Volunteers? Kira and Andrea.
o 12/9 “Volver” 6pm. Who can go/facilitate? Grace, Andrea.
o 12/10 Viva la Vulva 10pm! Sign up to volunteer to get in free. Community: reached? Facebook? Classroom announcements?
o Night of: Sophie, Andrea, Grace set up. Meet at WSAC at 8:30 to load up in Brian’s car: display, shirts, sweatshirts, new brochures, buttons, prizes, prize box/tickets, sign-up sheet, guest list. Show starts 10pm. Molly MC’s. WSACers schmooze, table, and recruit. We all dance. Sara, Amanda and ____ clean up and Sara takes our stuff back. Sophie can bring donation jar.
o 12/11 4:30 SDS press conference outside Appleby. Can WSACers come to support?
o 12/11 11-3pm Amnesty Write-a-thon in WSAC room.
o 12/11 12-1 Last Bufandas of Yolanda of semester
o 12/11 Roller skating with the Roller girls. Meet at WSAC room at 7pm to get dinner first. Lindsey drives.
o 12/12 SDS party: All WSACers invited. Request for funding for pizza. Approved for $200.
o 12/17 SDS cookie baking 4pm at Steph’s: WSACers invited. Franklin & Pleasant. Right off #2 bus.
o Finals Office hours: 12/17, 18,21,22,23. WSAC room should be open and peaceful for studying, yes? Sign up for when you can have office hours.
o advertising committee. Brochures are ready! Banner will be ready for Concert!
o Spring meeting time Mondays 2:30-3:30pm.
